The Carrington

We officially took over the property with a fantastic property management company, Bryten, who managed Carrington before our takeover.

The gym got new equpiment, as well as new paint, flooring, and other elements to modernize its look.

We updated our locks to a key fob system, giving the residents 24 hour access to the gym.

We renovated a unit and turned it into our model, and it became our template for future renovations.

Handrails were installed throughout the property where there were three or more stairs in order to increase resident safety.

This included all wood and trim repairs on all residential building throughout the property to increase the property appeal.

Sidewalks and buliding landings were worn and cracking. We repaired all of these sections to ensure resident safety.

We painted the exterior of all buildings to give the property an updated, modern look and feel.

With the exterior paint project, we updated the exterior of the leasing office with paint, landscaping, as well as a new design and furniture inside.

Some balconies were weather worn, so we provided a fresh coat of stain to increase curb appeal and make the property uniform.
