Easton Apartments

In January of 2024, we offically took over Easton Apartments with our partners, Compass Capital. Managed by Volunteer Properties.

We repaired the pool deck before opening in order to pass inspections and ensure residents would be safe.

Security cameras and additional lighting were installed throughout the property to promote resident safety.

Repairs to some roofs were necessary to prevent leaks and further deterioration.

Crawlspaces inspected and repaired as needed to guarantee the integrity of the buildings.

We added a dog park for our residents' enjoyment and to increase the amount of amenities offered with a goal of staying competitive in the market.

All erosion throughout the property was addressed and corrected in order to increase curb appeal and building safety.

Throughout the property, we had all trip hazards in the concrete sidewlaks repaired to ensure safety.

We replaced the bent railing at the drainage swale to prevent accidental falls.

All HVACs were inspected on the property to ensure our residents' comfort.

The exterior brick and vinyl was repainted to add curb appeal and increase resident satisfaction. We also updated all signage with new logos to modernize the community.

The landscaping was refreshed and updated in order to the increase property appeal.

We gave the leasing office a major cosmetic refresh to create a more welcoming environment for prospective residents, current tenants, and staff alike.

The laundry room was renovated -- leaks were addressed, flooring replaces, and new machines put in to increase cosmetics and funcitonality.

We repaired/replaced railings around the units to increase safety and prevent further damage or deterioration.

We had all fire alarms/equipment inspected and repaired as needed to ensure the safety of our residents

We hired Bryten Real Estate Partners and transitioned from previous managment.

One fire panel malfunctioned, and we had it repaired to ensure resident safety.

A new golf cart was purchased to help our maintenance team get around the property more efficiently, ensuring quick response to maintenance calls.
